Forest Taylor
Owner / Lead Carpenter
With over 17 years of experience in the construction industry, Forest Taylor is a dedicated builder and owner of Trees of All Trades. Specializing in custom interiors, fine woodworking, residential building, and commercial renovations, he has successfully completed numerous projects that highlight his commitment to quality and the traditions of craftsmanship. 

Forest began his career as a fine woodworking student and an apprentice to a third-generation cabinet and furniture maker during high school, a class he now teaches out of a passion for sharing knowledge. Over the years, he has developed a deep understanding and appreciation for the build and design industry, guiding projects from initial design to final inspection and ensuring that every detail is meticulously addressed. 

Known for his detail-oriented approach, Forest takes pride in building strong relationships with clients and subcontractors alike. He believes that clear communication and collaboration are essential to achieving the best results in every project.

Rachael Morin
Design & Project Coordinator
With 8 years of experience in design and CAD drafting, Rachael brings a creative and practical eye to every project. She began her career at Jamaica Cottage Shop before developing custom tiny home designs for Roll'en Homes.

A longtime advocate for clean and sustainable living, Rachael has also launched a biannual homesteading magazine and founded her own design business while in the third trimester with her second child. A proud Vermonter for over a decade, she balances work, motherhood, and homesteading—all while helping bring clients’ visions to life alongside the Trees of All Trades team.

Al Litchfield
Project MANAGER / Senior carpenter
Al has been working in carpentry since 1997, with deep experience in both residential and timber framing. He began with CWF Associates, gaining hands-on knowledge across all phases of homebuilding, and later held leadership roles at TPW, overseeing rebuilds at Piper Ridge Condominiums.

His work has spanned high-end custom homes, rot repair, and sawmill operations. Al brings decades of field experience and craftsmanship to the crew, along with a strong background in independent contracting and woodworking.

Justin Sechrest
Project MANAGER / carpenter
With a decade of experience under his belt, Justin brings a unique blend of precision, creativity, and humor to the team. His deep attention to detail shines both on the jobsite and in his hobby of woodcarving — where he crafts everything from wooden lapels to pocket squares.

A motivating presence and constant source of good energy, Justin keeps the crew focused and the morale high. He’s a firm believer that craftsmanship matters — and that the sponge definitely belongs on the left side of the sink.

Tarik Blowers
Fabricator / Welder
Tarik joins the crew with six years of experience in steel fabrication and pipe welding, bringing a strong foundation in precision, craftsmanship, and problem-solving. Now in his first year as a carpentry apprentice, he approaches the trade with curiosity, focus, and a creative edge shaped by his background as a musician, artist, and fly fisherman.

A dedicated father and quick thinker, Tarik brings positive energy to the team and keeps everyone engaged with his fresh perspective and adaptability. His hands-on skills and thoughtful approach make him a valuable part of the crew as he continues to grow within the trade.

Sam Kehoe
Apprentice Carpenter
Sam is a first-year apprentice with an unstoppable eagerness to learn every part of the trade. A U.S. Marine Corps veteran, he brings discipline, grit, and a great attitude to every job.

With 15 years of guitar playing under his belt and a sharp sense of humor, Sam keeps the crew laughing and the jobsite energized.
